Afghan Badshah, Authored by Muhammad Hussain Khan, Director General Public Instruction Afghanistan. Afghan Badshah book contains the complete history and biography of Ghazi Aman Ullah Khan, the king of Afghanistan from 1919 to 1929. He was born on 1 June 1892 in the house of Amir Habibullah Khan in Paghman near Kabul. He was the third son of the Habibullah Khan.
Amanullah Khan died on 25 April 1960 in Zurich, Switzerland. His body was brought to Afghanistan and buried in Jalalabad. He was the first Afghan ruler who attempted to modernize Afghanistan using European designs. However, he did not succeed because of a popular uprising by Habibullah Kalakani and his followers.
