Khulfa e Rashideen Ki Jangi Hikmat-e-Amli 4 Volumes by Amir Afzal Khan Pdf Free Download
Khulfa e Rashideen Ki Jangi Hikmat-e-Amli Aur Tadbirat Ka Askari Jayeza is a four-volume research-based historical work by Major (Retired) Amir Afzal Khan. It analyzes over three hundred battles and military campaigns that took place during the era of the Rightly Guided Caliphate. This book serves as a continuation of the author’s previous work, “Jalal-e-Mustafa (PBUH)“, which examined the war strategies and military tactics of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). Building on that foundation, this book focuses on the wars, conquests, military planning, and leadership decisions characteristic of the era of the Rightly Guided Caliphs.
The era of the Rightly Guided Caliphate is an important period in Islamic history, when the Islamic state expanded from the Arabian Peninsula to Iraq, Iran, Syria, Palestine, Egypt, and vast areas of Africa. During this development, the strategies adopted on various war fronts, the organization of armies, the capabilities of leadership, and the decisions made in changing circumstances had a profound impact on the course of history. The author has attempted to analyze the military aspects of these events rather than presenting them as mere historical events.
The book comprises four parts. The first part covers the conquests of Iraq and Iran and the campaigns against the movements of apostasy; the second part discusses the campaigns in Syria and Palestine; the third part reviews the conquests of Egypt, Africa, and other regions; and the fourth part focuses on the advance into Central Asia as well as the internal conditions and disputes that arose during the Caliphate. This arrangement enables the reader to comprehend the various stages of early Islamic conquests and the associated military strategies within a broad historical context.
An important goal of this work is to make the experiences and principles of war in Islamic military history part of scholarly study. The author has focused on the factors behind historical successes, highlighting leadership, planning, decision-making, and tactics adopted on the battlefield. This is why this book is important for readers of Islamic history, as well as those interested in military studies and war history.
Overall, “Khulfa Rashideen Ki Jangi Hikmat-e-Amli Aur Tadbirat Ka Askari Jayeza” serves as a vital component of the book series initiated with *Jalal-e-Mustafa (PBUH)*, paving the way for an understanding of the wars and conquests of the early Islamic era from a military perspective. Covering more than three hundred battles and campaigns, this work presents a study of past events, leadership decisions, and military tactics, thereby bringing a significant chapter of Islamic military history to the reader.
