Muhammad Bin Qasim history book authored by Aslam Rahi M.A. This book contains historical biography of Emad-ud-din Mohammed bin Qasim in Urdu language. He was the nephew of Hajjaj Bin Yusuf, a renowned commander and governor of Iraq. Muhammad Bin Qasim conquered Sindh at the age of 17 and introduced Islam to India. Muhammad bin Qasim, the great Muslim soldier and the first young Muslim conqueror of India, was born in 75 Hijri 694 AD in Taif. He father’s name was Qasim and grandfather name was Muhammad. When he was growing up, the caliph of the Muslims was Walid bin Abdul Malik. And the Muslim capital was Damascus.
At that time, Muslims had conquered Iran. Sindh’s land is close to the Iranian borders, that is why when Iran and the Muslims wars were taking place and Islamic victories were on the rise in Iran.
