The second point the author tries to make is that in today’s world, we define a person with a disability as “a person who is physically or mentally disabled,” while in the author’s view, everyone becomes disabled at some point in life. We all want to shape our lives, but most of the time, obstacles like culture, poverty, hunger, family, education, jobs, etc, make us disabled, and we are forced to make tough and undesirable decisions.
